Charlene Johnson, the founder of The Wellness Whisperer Coach & Consulting LLC, is a passionate advocate for the well-being of all healthcare professionals. With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in nursing and leadership, Charlene has specialized in transformative leadership, Caring Science integration, HeartMath training, and facilitating listening sessions on race.
Charlene is dedicated to facilitating meaningful conversations with clients to drive individual and systemic progress. Her passion for inspiring healthcare professionals to rediscover their purpose amid challenges — and her talent for listening to others' whispers and guiding them to their inner voice — demonstrates her commitment to transformation from within.
